After Market Manager

Greenvalley Equipment is hiring an After Market Manager to join our high performing leadership team in representing John Deere – the premium brand in agriculture equipment.

The After Market Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Service and Parts Departments across all GVE Branches.

This role focuses on hiring, mentoring, and coaching of department managers and staff, and the creation and monitoring of systems that ensure a high-level performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute the overall vision and strategy for the Service and Parts Departments
  • Monitor departmental performance against established goals for profitability, service levels, and service times
  • Responsible for effectively managing, coaching, and developing staff, including training, recruitment, terminations, performance management and wage assessment
  • Positively impact morale by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with customers, suppliers, and fellow staff
  • Analyze monthly and annual department’s key performance indicators and industry trends
  • Measure and monitor key customer service areas
  • Work closely with John Deere on warranty, training, and parts and service benchmarks

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management experience in parts, service, or related operations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to implement strategies, manage projects, and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications
  • Business or Ag Degree preferred
  • Strong drive and bias toward action
  • Valid class 5 driver license
